##### How the money works

A free plan that stays free is cheaper for us than a trial that has to be chased.

- What we charge for: Subscriptions, and three fees on turnover: a swap, a card top up, and what an agent wallet spends.
- What we sell your data for: Nothing, to nobody.
- Commission on your balances: None.
- Kickbacks from a bank or an exchange: None.
- Where the prices are: On the pricing page, in full.

#### What people worry about, and what is possible

Each row is a permission we never ask for, rather than a promise we make.

- Orla moving money out of a bank account: Never on its own. Bank feeds are read only; a payout from your own bank waits for a person's press.
- Orla trading on an exchange: Not possible. Trading keys are refused on connect.
- Orla spending your crypto: Not possible. The seed never leaves your browser.
- Support reading your books: Not possible. No such screen exists.
- An agent paying somebody on its own: Only inside a fence. Only inside a budget you funded.

There is no yield here, no fund, no plan with a percentage on it, and no trading on your behalf.
We never quote a return, because we are not the kind of company that could.

#### Anyone promising a percentage in our name is not us

The name is used elsewhere by people we have nothing to do with. Check the domain first.

##### Not ours, whatever it says

Orla never asks for a password, a seed or a code, in any channel and for any reason at all.

- An offer of income in our name: Not us.
- A group asking for a deposit: Not us.
- Anyone asking for your seed phrase: Not us, and not anyone.
- A support account that messages first: Not us.
- A different domain that looks close: Not us.
