# Write to the people who build Orla

One address for support, one for security, one for everything else, and no phone number pretending there is a call centre behind it.

#### Three addresses, and a postal one

##### Support

Anything about your account: a sync that stopped, a figure that looks wrong, a feature you cannot find in the app.

- support@orla.finance: Answered within a day, by a person.
- Signed in: Support, on your profile card, with the ids already attached.

##### Security

A vulnerability, something that looks like a leak, or an account that somebody else reached.

- security@orla.finance: The address /.well-known/security.txt names.
- In good faith: No legal threats to a researcher who wrote first.

##### Press and partnerships

An article, an integration, or a company that wants to plug its own product into Orla.

- support@orla.finance: The same inbox; say it is press in the subject.
- Logos and screenshots: On request, by mail.

##### The iPhone app

Built, and not in the App Store yet, so there is nothing to download today. Orla installs from the browser in the meantime and works the same.

- support@orla.finance: The same inbox; say iPhone in the subject, and we write to you when the app is in the store.
- Until then: On iPhone, Share and then Add to Home Screen. On Android and desktop Chrome, Install app.

#### Ask Copilot inside the app before you write

Copilot answers from your own account, and hands a real problem to a person with the ids already attached.

##### What reaches a person

Support sees the shape of your account and never its contents, so tell them what you can.

- A bug, with the ids attached: Support.
- Money that moved wrongly: Support, first.
- A suspected vulnerability: Security.
- A question about your own figures: Copilot answers it.
- A feature request: Read, and kept.

Orla never asks for a password, a seed phrase or a code, in any channel, for any reason.
