Solstice Talent runs campaigns for three brands with a roster of creators, four people in the office.

#### Every campaign invoiced to the brand

Aurora's autumn campaign has six creators on one invoice, sent and not yet paid. Brightline paid both months. What is owed, and which brand is next to chase?

- Four figures as filters: owed, overdue, received this month, paid without an invoice; each one opens its own list.
- Recurring invoices, reminders, and an invoice that marks itself paid when money lands.
- Who owes, one row per brand and not per invoice: how much, how late the oldest is, how many reminders went and when, whether they answered, the day they promised, and one next step with its reason. Write it down records a promised day; Send it sends the same reminder the schedule would.
- Paid by card via your Stripe, by transfer or in stablecoins; a quote becomes the invoice.

#### Creators paid in one batch, on the rail each prefers

Mia wants USDC, Sara wants a bank transfer, and all of them want it Friday. Who prepares, who signs, and what does each creator see?

- One batch for the campaign: every creator's share on it, signed once, paid on the rail each contact carries, a bank account or a wallet.
- A threshold and a quorum: what crosses the line waits for a second signature.
- The bank share leaves from your own account. From Mercury each payment is a request in Mercury's approval queue, and the token Orla holds cannot pay; an admin in Mercury approves. Mercury is being rolled out.
- Ask what is paid this week and whether it all fits: each payment reads fits or move, with the day money is expected on that account. The card only moves a payment later, never earlier.
- A creator is a contact with a rail, not a seat; the payout carries the campaign it belongs to.

#### Margin per campaign, from the rows

Aurora paid 48,000 and the creators cost 22,500. What did the studio days and the boosted posts leave, per campaign?

- A campaign is a project, and the brand's invoice, the payouts and the ad spend sit under it.
- A report is described in words and saved as a question, and it runs again each time it is opened.
- Compare periods side by side; the report goes out as a file the brand can read.

#### Ad spend on a card with a ceiling

Meta and TikTok bill the boosted posts every few days, and the shoot day needs props. Can each have its own card, and can the treasury fund them?

- Cards from a prepaid balance, the network picked per card, topped up in stablecoins.
- A card per person with a ceiling, freeze and block; the issuer's history is checked against what you allocated, so a stray charge shows up the same day.
- Refunds are answered in the books on their own.

#### Brand agreements and creator contracts on one shelf

Every brand has an agreement and every creator a contract. Where are they, and which one covers the video that just went live?

- Filed by a schema you set in words, with versions and access.
- A document becomes a bill to pay or the receipt on a payment; upload in bulk.
- A sort run shows its plan first, and Undo takes all of it back.

#### The month to the accountant

Three brands, a roster of creators on two rails, a card for ads, and an accountant who wants one folder, not a login.

- A closing checklist with a door into each list: rows without a category, without an account code, without paper, unpaid invoices, payments still waiting for a signature.
- A zip archive, a journal CSV, and each account's feed for QuickBooks Online and Xero.
- Review, Close, Reopen with a reason; what changed after the export is visible, and an accountant can read the closed period from a seat of their own.

#### Four people, creators without a seat

- Founder: Signs the creator batch and reads the margin per campaign.
- Account manager: Sends the brand's invoice, runs the ads card, and files the creator's contract.
- Finance lead: Prepares the creator batch, chases the brand, and closes the month.
- Contractor: A creator is a contact with a rail, not a seat: paid in the batch, never inside the books.

#### Ask it which invoices pay for the creators

Brand money in, creator payouts out: the composer lines the two up before the payout batch goes to signature.

- The week's payments: The signing queue, the calendar and the forecast as one order: which of the nine fit this week and which two are marked move, with the day money is next expected.
- Who is overdue, and what next: One line per client: how late the oldest invoice is, the reminders sent, what they promised, and one next step with its reason. Write it down and Send it are a press each.
- Receipts from the team: Who is missing which receipt, and one Ask for receipts that sends each person their own list, with reminders on the third and the seventh morning.

#### Brands pay in, creators are paid out

Brands pay by card, transfer or USDC; creators are paid to a bank or a wallet on Base, and their rows go out with the month.

#### Creators paid only to their own rail

- A quorum: A creator batch above the threshold waits for a second signature, and whoever prepared it cannot be that second signature.
- Address book only: A payout goes only to a creator already in the book, on the rail they gave you themselves, and no other.
- Ceilings: The ads card has a ceiling and a freeze; a stray charge shows up the same day, not at month end.
- Paper: Every campaign's invoice and every creator's contract sits under the campaign it belongs to.

#### Questions

##### Can creators be paid in their own currency or in stablecoins?

Yes. A creator is a contact with a rail: a bank account, or a wallet on an EVM chain or TRON. The batch pays each on the rail they carry, and the payout is priced at the day's rate in the book the accountant reads at the end of the month.

##### Does the brand see the creators' rates?

No. The brand gets its invoice and its client page; the creators' payouts are your rows. The margin per campaign is a report you run, not a document the brand receives.

##### How many people does a small agency need on a paid plan?

Seats are people in the space; creators are contacts and do not count. Paid plans start at $25 a month, and any single limit can be raised with a pack instead of a plan change.
