Which sections a role sees, who signs a payment and what an agent may pay: each of them is a switch on your side.

#### Inbox and the ledger

##### Inbox

What arrived from outside and waits for my word?

- One queue for arrivals: quarantined mail, receipts, expenses without paper.
- A receipt finds its own payment; a bill from a letter becomes a draft with the file attached.
- A sender you do not know is held until you let it in, and one press blocks them for good.
- Gmail connects right here; the space's own address is set under Connections.
- Rows without paper are waived in bulk; a recurring supplier goes to the calendar.
- In a business space the owner, an admin or the accountant asks whoever paid for the receipt. It waits for them under Asked of me, answered with the file, No receipt or Not mine, reminders go out on the third and the seventh morning, and the row closes by itself once a file arrives by any door. Asking costs nothing on any plan.

For: Office manager, Founder, Accountant.

##### Transactions

Every movement on every account, and what does it add up to?

- Filter cards with the assistant's own figures: in, out, without a category, without a receipt, each one a filter.
- One row opens one panel: category, counterparty, project, the attached paper.
- Categorise in bulk, export, search rows in words.
- Ask why a number changed and the answer is arithmetic, row by row.
- Refunds link to the purchase they reverse; transfers between your accounts pair up.
- The assistant records a move between your own accounts as a card: when the book already holds the two rows, it offers to join them and writes nothing, and only otherwise writes the two legs. Every press has Put it back. It is bookkeeping, not a bank instruction: Orla moves nothing.
- Tick One-off, will not happen again on a laptop or a legal bill: the row leaves the burn behind runway and the pace behind the balance forecast and stays in every report, and the runway card says how much it left out.

For: Finance lead, Accountant, Founder.

##### Categories and rules

What is money filed under, and who does the filing?

- Rows without a category queue up by merchant, each with a suggestion drawn from your own history, so the same supplier is filed the same way every single time it appears.
- A rule is written in words and may apply to the past; applied to the past, it can be undone.
- Category health shows what files itself and which rules stay silent or catch too much.
- Tidy up merges look-alikes and drops unused ones; one rule clears a wallet's queue.
- The rows the app filed on its own open as one list under a Guessed by the app chip. Confirm makes the selected guesses your own choice, so a rule applied to the past no longer moves them.

For: Accountant, Office manager, Finance lead.

##### Accounts and rails (Rails coming soon)

Where does the money sit right now?

- Banks, exchanges, wallets, platforms and cash: one list, one total.
- Balance history per account, exchange P&L, send, receive and swap, WalletConnect.
- A low balance alarm that can look ahead on the cash forecast and name the day the line is crossed, and the balance reconciled against the provider.
- Your own Revolut Business, Airwallex, Mercury or Slash account arrives with each currency or sub-account as an account of its own; its statement follows about once an hour, and a payment Orla prepared is never booked twice. These connections are switched on space by space.
- Compare a statement against an account instead of importing it: what the statement has and the book does not, what the book has and the statement does not, and how far the totals stand apart. Three charges of twelve need three rows in the book, which is how a double charge shows up. Nothing is written or stored.
- The home board watches up to four currency pairs of your choice, fiat and crypto together, at the rate Orla values your money at, not a trading quote.
- Prove a wallet is yours before trusting it; share one account into another space.
- Coming soon: named USD, EUR and GBP accounts inside Orla with local rails and SWIFT, and a ramp between fiat and USDC or USDT in either direction.

For: Founder, Treasury, Finance lead.

##### Move in

Can the old bookkeeping come over in one go?

- Drop every statement, export, invoice and contract of the old books at once, in a single upload that reads them all.
- Orla reads them, shows a plan by account and by month, and runs it on one Start.
- Undo the whole run or a single file.
- Rows already in the book are never booked twice; closed months stay untouched.
- The price of reading is said before the reading: if the dropped files would take more than half of what is left of the month's AI allowance, Orla asks first, with how many files, about how many tokens, and how many questions are left afterwards. Read now or Not now.
- The same move runs from the conversation with the assistant: paste a Google Drive folder link, read the plan and its price, and nothing is read until you press Approve.

For: Founder, Accountant, Office manager.

##### Budgets

What may the month spend, and what is left?

- Monthly limits per category, what is left of each, what slipped past.
- A budget watch tells the team before the limit, not after.
- Unspent budget rolls into next month; the spend breaks down per team member.

For: Founder, Finance lead, Office manager.

#### Pay and get paid

##### Bills to pay

What do we owe, what is late, what waits for me?

- Bills by status, with the ones waiting for your approval on top.
- Accept, reject, set monthly, pay a selection, attach the paper; tax and dates in the panel.
- An expense with no paper gets a self-billed invoice, kept on the payment.
- A bill flips itself to paid when the matching arrival lands.
- Before a bill is paid the book looks for one it already has: the same number written differently (INV-007 and inv 7), the same amount from that supplier inside ninety days under a new number, a close number with a rounded amount, and money that already went to that payee for that sum on any rail. Each match says what matched and whether the older one is paid.
- Nothing is decided for you: the verdict is two presses, this is a duplicate or this is a different bill, and both papers stay. A supplier who bills the same amount every month is not a duplicate.

For: Office manager, Accountant, Founder.

##### Payments and batches

Who signs, and what leaves when?

- A queue for signature with an approval threshold and the number of signatures it takes; the person who prepared a payment never signs it themselves, and the rule sees to it.
- Up to 200 payouts per batch, on the Scale and Enterprise plans: CSV preview, duplicate warning, autosave, templates.
- The rule checks the batch total, so it cannot be dodged by slicing.
- The assistant may put a payment in the queue and never signs it.
- Amend a payment after approval but before the money leaves.
- Pay from your own bank, and each rail names where its guarantee sits. Revolut Business: the consent carries no right to pay, so a prepared payment waits inside Revolut for a person on your team. Mercury: the token can only request a payment, and an admin approves it in Mercury's own queue. Airwallex: the run lands as a draft batch that your people submit and approve in Airwallex; Orla never submits one.
- Slash has no drafts, so nothing is created there until a person with the right to release payments presses Send via Slash after the quorum in Orla, and your own approval rules in Slash stand behind that press. From a Safe, Orla proposes and the owners sign and execute in Safe{Wallet}; Orla never signs as an owner and never executes.
- On each of the bank rails the access is one you grant yourself, with exactly the rights the form lists, a ceiling per payment is set when you connect, and the expense is booked only once the bank says paid. The rails are switched on space by space.
- This does not look like you: a line under a payment that is far above what the payee is usually paid, a large first payment to a payee the book has never paid, or the same sum to the same payee twice within a week. It explains, it never blocks: signing works exactly as it did, and nothing is held up.

For: Founder, Finance lead, Treasury.

##### Cards

Can each person have a card with a ceiling?

- Virtual cards from one prepaid balance, topped up in USDT or USDC. Visa or Mastercard is chosen once, when the card is issued; both spend the same balance, and the choice costs the space nothing.
- A card per person with a ceiling, freeze and block, the issuer's history checked against what you allocated, so a stray charge shows up the same day.
- A card is issued only after the holder opens their own link and confirms, and cards issued now ask the holder for no identity documents.
- A top up gets a deposit address that is yours while it is open, and it is credited by that address, not by the amount: more or less than the figure shown, USDC where you chose USDT, or two transfers are each credited, minus the fee said up front. A top up still waiting for its transfer can be cancelled by an owner or an admin; one the money has already reached cannot.
- An agent can hold a card too. On a card issued now the balance loaded onto it is the whole limit: the card carries no merchant rules and no ceiling per payment, and Orla refuses to save rules nobody would enforce, so load only what the agent may spend.
- Refunds are answered in the books on their own.

For: Founder, Team member, Office manager.

##### Invoices and quotes

Who owes us, what is late, what arrived?

- Four figures as filters: owed, overdue, received this month, paid without an invoice.
- Recurring invoices, reminders, and an invoice that marks itself paid when money lands.
- Paid by card via your Stripe, by transfer or in stablecoins; a quote becomes the invoice.
- A credit note corrects a sent invoice as a second document, never an edit.
- Who owes you is one line per client, not per invoice: what they owe, how late the oldest is, the reminders sent and whether they answered, the day they promised, and one next step with its reason, worked out by Orla rather than by the model. Write it down records the promised day; Send it mails the same reminder the schedule sends, on your press, and refuses when the client asked not to be written to.
- The invoice mail names you in the subject and a reply reaches your billing email. The From line stays Orla on purpose: a mail about money cannot pretend to come from someone else.

For: Finance lead, Office manager, Contractor.

##### Contracts

What did the contract promise, and what is not billed yet?

- The assistant reads the signed file; monthly fee and milestones become the schedule of invoices to send.
- Not billed yet, shown per contract; addenda accepted into the schedule; a quote or an order raised from a framework agreement without retyping the terms.
- Rate cards price by unit or by order; a changed file is read again on its own.

For: Founder, Finance lead, Office manager.

##### Pay links

How do I ask for money without an invoice?

- A request by link, and a permanent payment address for the space.
- Links expire; a machine gets a price instead of a page (x402).
- On your @handle page a visitor names an amount and gets a link of their own.

For: Contractor, Office manager, Founder.

##### Loans and debts

Who owes whom, and when?

- Loans with a schedule: who owes you, whom you owe, and the nearest obligations on both sides.
- Repayments are linked to the rows that paid them.
- Rate changes and prepayment rebuild the schedule; only interest counts as cost.

For: Founder, Finance lead, Accountant.

##### Calendar

What has a date, and what balance does it leave?

- Everything dated on one page: overdue, this week, coming in, month-end balance.
- Contracts add what they promise; a row that looks recurring gets a hint.
- The forecast names the low point and its day; unpriced rows are listed, not guessed.
- By date or By series: every repeating charge once, the plans you added and the series found in history, each with its share of a month and the date of the next charge, and how much leaves in the next 30 days.
- Ask what got more expensive: the last charge against the typical one before it, in the currency the supplier bills in, so a month with one extra seat does not read as a rise. One press writes the new price into the plan; nothing here cancels anything with the supplier, which only the supplier can do.
- Ask what you pay this week: the signing queue, the calendar's dated obligations and the cash forecast come back as one order, each row marked fits or move, with the condition named beside it: it fits if Acme pays on the 15th. A card postpones one payment and never brings one forward, and the supplier's own due date never moves.

For: Office manager, Finance lead, Founder.

##### Earn and borrow

Can idle stablecoins earn without handing over the keys?

- Aave v3 positions per wallet with their rates; Orla never holds a key.
- Calldata prepared unsigned, the health factor checked, a quorum on the large ones.
- Liquidation risk is watched hourly; borrowing stays off without that watch.

For: Treasury, Founder, Finance lead.

#### People and papers

##### Contacts

Who are we dealing with, and on which rails?

- An address book of counterparties with their rails, documents, payments and debt.
- Payers become counterparties on one press; a client gets a chat of their own.
- An owner or admin marks a payee trusted; changing its rails takes the trust away.
- Import contacts from CSV with a dry run; duplicates are found and merged.
- Counterparty check screens the contact by name against sanctions, politically exposed persons, criminal lists and adverse media, and confirms a company in its registry. The verdict is a traffic light, Clear, Matches to read or Sanctioned, with the list each match came from; Not them marks a namesake with the name of who dismissed it.
- One check is one credit from the same balance the AML address screenings spend, and a verdict under thirty days old answers again for free. The assistant offers a check as a card with the price on it and never runs one by itself; a list that was cut short never reads as Clear.

For: Office manager, Finance lead, Team member.

##### Documents

Where is the paper, and what is it attached to?

- Filed by a schema you set in words, with versions and access.
- A document becomes a bill to pay or the receipt on a payment; upload in bulk.
- A Google Drive folder is a door into the book, and it opens from the conversation with the assistant too: paste the link, read the plan and its price, and nothing is read until you press Approve. Nothing in your Drive is moved, renamed or deleted; Orla only ever reads it.
- On a statement's panel, Read the statement proposes the account, the period and the closing balance, and nothing is saved until you press Save these.
- A whole sort run is previewed as a plan and undone in one press; a document can be sealed in the browser so the server itself cannot read it.

For: Office manager, Accountant, Team member.

##### Open a document, hand it to a colleague

How does a colleague get this file?

- A tile or a row opens the document in a panel beside the list: the preview, its properties edited in place, the versions and who has access. The address carries the document, so the link can be copied.
- Share it with a member of the space by name, invite someone by email, or copy a link that opens for members of this space only; opening it puts the file on their Shared with me shelf. Somebody outside the space is told to ask for it.
- A link already sent keeps working until it is revoked: asking for the link again never mints a new one.
- Everyone sees their own uploads and the files shared with them, whatever their role; a viewer can open and download what was shared with them.

For: Team member, Office manager, Accountant.

##### Chats

Can the team do this from Slack or Telegram?

- Say you paid the taxi with the company card; one press books it as an expense on the right account.
- A colleague's claim goes to the approvers with the buttons in their own chat; a file dropped in the channel gets a question first, never a silent filing into the vault.
- A client gets a chat of their own: the invoice arrives there with its PDF and buttons to say it is paid or ask for time, and every reply lands in your channel.
- Reminders go out on WhatsApp or SMS from your own number.
- A supplier bill or a client invoice is raised from one chat line as well.
- A request for a receipt arrives in Telegram or Slack with Attach a receipt: press it, pick the expense, send the photo, and it lands on that expense. A photo sent without the button is first asked whether it is one of the expenses asked about, so it does not become a second copy.
- Someone with a linked Orla account who names the bot in the space's group gets Ask to join; an owner or admin accepts or declines in the same room, the plan's seat limit is checked at the press, and a stranger gets no button. This door is being rolled out.

For: Team member, Office manager, Founder.

#### Month and checks

##### Reports

What do the numbers say, in the shape I asked for?

- A report is described in words and saved as a question, and it runs again each time it is opened.
- Built in: P&L as a tree, a cash forecast in two lines, the month in figures across fourteen blocks, and what moving money costs you.
- The month in figures answers about the month in the header's chip: the savings rate, the net worth trend, who spent, spending by category and by day, what moved most, fees, invoices ageing, money in transit, what each machine spent and the top payees, with PDF report and Share month card in its header.
- Ask how dependent you are on one client: the largest client's share over twelve months, how many clients make up 80%, and what a month loses if the largest leaves, counted on what arrived, not on what was invoiced.
- Published by link as a frozen snapshot that expires; the team's thread stays inside.
- Every figure opens into the rows behind it.

For: Founder, Finance lead, Accountant.

##### For the accountant

Can the month go out as files rather than access?

- A zip archive, a journal CSV, and each account's feed in the shape QuickBooks Online and Xero import.
- A closing checklist of eight checks with a counter over them, Ready to close · 5 of 8, and a door into each list. Three things block the close: a row without a category, a category or an account without a code, a payment of the month still waiting for a quorum. Receipts, rates, unpaid bills and invoices, statements and earlier months go into the record.
- Review, Close, Reopen with a reason; what changed after the export is visible, and the assistant answers do I have to send the package again with how many rows were added, edited and removed since the handover.
- A closed month is read-only at every door and says so: August 2026 is closed. Reopen it on the accountant page before changing anything dated in it. Only an owner or an admin reopens a month; the assistant can never reopen one. The archive says who sorted what.
- Ask for receipts on the receipts line of the checklist sends that month's rows without paper to the people who paid, fifty at most per send.
- A statement filed in Documents is read into its account, period and closing balance, and the checklist then checks the book against it.

For: Accountant, Finance lead, Founder.

##### Tax and VAT

Is the year ready, and what goes into the return?

- The year in four steps: what is not ready, does it reconcile, the return itself, and the seal on it.
- Cost basis FIFO, LIFO or HIFO with the date and cost of acquisition; realised crypto gains.
- VAT returns period by period, output tax from invoices and input tax from expense rows, reverse charge handled; a rate or an exchange rate is never guessed.
- A sealed year reports its own drift; the book is checked against the chain.
- Ask how much VAT the open period will owe: what has accrued so far, and where the period's own pace leads by the day it closes. The day named is the day the period closes, never a filing deadline, and under two weeks of a period there is no estimate at all. Setting the money aside is a goal card on the tax account; nothing here moves money.

For: Accountant, Finance lead, Treasury.

##### AML screening

Is this address safe to pay?

- Screen an address before you pay it or the one that just paid you; keep addresses under watch; unscreened inbound money queues up, screened by hand or hourly.
- Every screening is one credit from a monthly grant that carries over up to three months, and a verdict under a week old is reused in the space for free.
- The record stays: who screened what, when, and the verdict, exportable as a journal.
- The same credit pays for a counterparty check by name on a contact's card: sanctions, politically exposed persons, criminal lists and adverse media, and a company confirmed in its registry. A verdict under thirty days old answers again for free.

For: Treasury, Finance lead, Founder.

##### Anti-fraud monitoring

Is anyone we pay playing games with our payouts?

- TRON and Ethereum payouts watched for the patterns fraud leaves: kickbacks, ghost employees, split payments, brand-new wallets, and links to wallets that scams are already known to use.
- Nothing to set up: your wallets and the contacts with crypto addresses are watched, and the role of each counterparty decides which patterns apply to them.
- A finding names who, how much and why it fired; mark it handled or normal, or open the evidence as a PDF case with a public link for 30 days.

For: Treasury, Finance lead, Founder.

#### The space

##### Team and signing rules

Who may do what, and what needs a signature?

- Roles: owner, admin, member, viewer, accountant. A role is where a person starts; nineteen switches on their card decide, and whole sections can be hidden from a member.
- The key is the only lock: every action that changes the book asks for its own key, not for the role, in the services and in the Telegram and Slack bots alike. Two keys are never handed below admin: inviting and managing the team, and the space's settings.
- A hidden section is a lock, not a missing button: it leaves the rail and the menu, its address opens a page that says it is hidden for you, every call under it is refused, its card leaves the home, and the assistant is not given its tools and says so if asked.
- Signing rules: a threshold, the number of signatures, address book only, a monthly allowance per person counted across every door.
- A table of how protected each entry is, the space's machines, invitations.
- A rule switched off still blocks what it would have matched; muting is no bypass.
- Every section has a short tour of its own, two to five steps on the page itself, opened from the ? beside the page's action or from the command palette by name.

For: Founder, Finance lead, Accountant.

##### Security

Where am I signed in, and who can move money?

- Devices, the space journal, an IP allowlist, and It was me or Not me on every sign-in from a new device.
- The authority map: who in this book can move money, and what holds each of them.
- A monthly oversight report frozen the day after the month ends, with the exceptions to the approval rules listed, so an auditor reads one page instead of the log.
- An emailed token opens a 30-minute door when your own allowlist locks you out.

For: Founder, Finance lead, Treasury.

##### Agents

What did a machine do with our money?

- Every dollar an agent moved, with a receipt that says which agent, whose it is, how much, to whom, and who decided it: the agent, a human, or a decision still pending on it.
- A fence per agent: a daily ceiling, a term and the x402 hosts its wallet may pay; its own wallet and card, so the worst case is the deposit.
- On a card issued to an agent now, the balance loaded onto it is the whole limit: the card carries no merchant rules and no ceiling per payment, Orla refuses to save rules nobody would enforce, and an agent whose access carries a daily cap is not given such a card.
- Watch mode by default. An agent never signs for your accounts: it spends on its own only from its own wallet, inside the limits you set, and proposes everything else for a person to sign.
- Freeze an agent and even its reads refuse; its rights are recomputed on every call.

For: Founder, Treasury, Team member.

##### Connections

What can we connect, and is it healthy?

- Sorted by why you connect: balances, sales, payouts, paper, clients, chats.
- Connection health, and a wishlist for what is not there yet.
- A daily rule names connections that quietly broke; one press re-syncs a row.
- Your own bank as a payout rail: Revolut Business, Airwallex, Mercury or Slash, with access you grant yourself and exactly the rights the form lists, checked at the bank before it is saved, kept encrypted and never shown again. A Safe is read from the chain, and Orla can only propose to it.
- Live bank and exchange sync is on every plan. The plan counts the rows synced in a month, not the connections, and the Connections page shows how many are used and when the count renews.
- The assistant connects a service from the conversation: say connect my Binance and a Connect button opens that service's panel over the chat. Keys are typed into the panel, never into the chat.

For: Founder, Office manager, Finance lead.

##### Automations

What watches the books while I do not?

- Rules that watch the books and tell a person: a balance below the line, a budget nearly spent, an invoice due, a loan payment coming, a connection that stopped syncing while you slept.
- The last run is shown as facts, not as a log.
- A rule never fires twice for a period; a broken rule cannot take the others down.
- A low balance rule can look ahead: with Look ahead, days set, it reads the cash forecast for that account and says USD Main runs below 5 000 on the 23rd, a week before rather than the morning after. It says a prediction once, and again only when the day moves closer.
- An arrival rule speaks at the moment money reaches the book, by bank feed, chain, import or hand: Acme paid 4 000, thirty per cent of it is 1 200, move it to Tax. It moves nothing and books nothing. The same rule can watch an invoice paid in full, a payment waiting for signatures or a payment that did not go out, and none of the three carries a button: signing stays on the payments screen.

For: Founder, Office manager, Finance lead.

#### What waits for you, decided from the phone

One queue across every space you belong to. Approve or reject a payment, accept a bill, answer an agent. Before money moves, the phone asks for Face ID.

The iPhone app is built and is not in the App Store yet. Today Orla installs from the browser to the Home Screen, and the Telegram and Slack bots already work from a phone.

#### The assistant

##### Cards, one press, a way back

It knows what is under the composer: the contact, the account, the row, the bill, the document, the letter, the invoice, the card. A file or a voice note is a question too, and the answer to a figure comes with its chart.

- Every write is a card: one card, one press, no model between the press and the ledger, and a path back on each.
- The answer is computed from the rows you can see, with your own rights, never from a copy.
- What do I pay this week: the signing queue, the calendar's dated obligations and the cash forecast sewn into one order, each row marked fits or move, with the condition named beside the answer: it fits if Acme pays on the 15th. A card postpones one payment and never brings one forward.
- How much is really free: three figures for each currency, Free, Committed and Left, where Committed is exactly that week of payments. Wallets and exchanges stand beside the band, never inside it, and nothing here moves money or a date.
- Who owes me: one line per client, with one next step and its reason, worked out by Orla rather than by the model. Is this bill a duplicate, how much VAT will the period owe by the day it closes, what got more expensive: each is answered from the rows, and the verdict stays with you.
- Attach a statement and say check this against Main: what the statement has and the book does not, what the book has and the statement does not, and how far the totals stand apart. Nothing is written, and which account is a question it asks rather than guesses.
- Say connect my Binance, or paste a Google Drive folder link: a Connect button opens that service's panel over the conversation. Keys are typed into the panel, never into the chat, and nothing in a folder is read until you press Approve.
- Every page has its own questions under the composer, and a question whose card you could not press is not offered. A section hidden from you takes its tools away from the assistant, and it says so.
- The registry is generated from the code: 39 areas of the book, 121 readings, 134 cards it can propose. A connected agent runs forty of the same reports over MCP, with bank details masked unless the connection was approved to see them.

For: .

##### You see it work, and it asks with buttons

- Each step shows as it runs: reading August, comparing by category, building the chart. When a name fits three contacts, it offers the three and Other rather than a question in text.
- The finished answer folds the steps into one line, 3 steps, and an opened step says the period and the account it read: Reading cash flow · last 3 months. It never repeats a search text or anything typed into it.
- The price of reading comes before the reading: when dropped files would take more than half of what is left of the month's AI allowance, Orla asks first, with how many files, about how many tokens, and how many questions are left afterwards.

For: .

##### A chart when the answer is a series

- Figures over time as a line or bars, the cash forecast with a mark on the day the money runs out. A press on a bar asks the next question, and a link beside it opens the rows.

For: .

##### A list with a box per line

Everything the month's close checks, as one list with a counter over it: rows without a category, categories and accounts without a code, payments waiting for a quorum, expenses without a receipt, a day without a rate, statements not filed. Each line has Do it, and the last line closes the month once nothing blocks.

- Nothing on the card is stored: the marks are the book as it stands when the card is drawn, so asking again tomorrow draws the list as it is tomorrow.
- The last line is offered only once nothing blocks and only where closing is switched on for the space; the press asks to close and a confirmation card follows. The assistant can never reopen a month.

For: .

##### Forty rows, one press

- Where the cards would be many, they come as one list with a box per row and Apply all; each row still goes through the same door one by one, and the answer says what landed and what was refused.

For: .

##### A message you edit, then send

- A reminder to a client, a request for a receipt to a colleague: the assistant offers it as a card, the message is yours to add or change, and the press is yours. It never sends on its own.
- Send it mails a late client the same reminder the schedule sends, with the pay link, and refuses when the client asked not to be written to. Ask for receipts reaches the colleague on the channels they allow, with two reminders, on the third and the seventh morning.

For: .

##### A question that runs on a schedule

Every Monday at nine: what is burning, the two-week forecast, who is overdue. A saved question with a schedule and a channel, answered in your own Telegram chat with the bot or by email, with your rights, as prose with one link to the cabinet and no cards.

- Any question the assistant can answer becomes a report this way, and stops when you stop it.
- Two channels and no others: your own Telegram chat with the bot, never the space's group chat, and your email. Three schedules: every day, a weekday, or a day of the month, never more than once a day.
- A routine runs with the rights of whoever set it and is paid from the space's monthly AI allowance; when the allowance is spent it skips the day and says so once. Each plan holds a number of routines, none on the free plan.

For: .

##### What it remembers, in a list you can read

The accountant is Maria, the investor update goes out on the 5th, answer in USD: a note about the space, kept by the owner or an admin, or a note of your own. Nothing is kept until you press Keep.

- Only from a card you press or from Settings, never from a phrase in passing: the card shows the words and the scope, and the words are yours to edit before you keep them. A card number, an IBAN, a key or a password is refused before anything is kept.
- Up to thirty notes about the space and thirty of your own, listed in Settings under the assistant, where one can be added or dropped by hand. The notes ride the start of every turn as data, with who kept them and when, never as an instruction; ask what it remembers and it lists them, ask it to forget one and the notes come as buttons. Another person's own notes are never shown or used.

For: .

##### Yesterday's conversation, on any device

Every answer is kept as a turn of your own conversation, so continuing it works after a reload and on another device. The clock button lists them, newest first, each named by its first question; pick one and the next question continues it.

- The plan sets how long they are kept: seven days on the free plan, thirty on Starter, ninety on Pro, without a limit on the company plans. Forget drops one for good, and Privacy & data counts them and forgets them all.
- A conversation is yours alone: the owner of the space does not read a member's, and nobody else's appears in the list. A card restored from an old conversation is shown, not pressed: its figures are old, and a new question brings a fresh card.

#### Crypto and wallets

##### Wallets and exchanges

Where does the treasury sit, on which chain, and is that figure right now?

- Six exchanges connect with a read-only key that cannot withdraw; a wallet is watched by its address, imported, or created in Orla with a twelve word seed shown once and encrypted in your browser. Orla never holds a key in the clear.
- An EVM wallet names the network its books follow: Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum or Polygon; the address is the same on all of them, the balance and history are not.
- Prove a wallet is yours by signing a short challenge, and it earns a Verified badge: a transfer from a verified wallet can be matched for any amount, and one from an unverified address never can. A top up of the card balance does not lean on the badge: it is credited by the deposit address it was given.
- An EVM address that turns out to be a Safe says so by itself: a Safe 2 of 3 badge and a card with the owners and the threshold, read from the chain, nothing typed in.
- The home board watches up to four pairs of your choice, coins and fiat together, at the rate Orla values your money at, not a trading quote; it refreshes about once an hour.
- Balance history per account, the exchange's own trading result as its fourth figure, a low balance alarm, and every balance reconciled against the provider.

##### Send, receive, swap

Can we move coins from here without handing over a key?

- Send, receive and swap from a verified wallet, signed locally or through WalletConnect in the wallet you already use; the address is screened and the fee is estimated before the confirmation.
- A swap is quoted at the best routed price with the minimum received, the network fee and Orla's own fee shown, never added on top; a route without a guaranteed minimum is refused. Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, Base, TRON and Solana, with a bridge between them.
- Once the chain confirms, the two legs take the amounts the chain recorded and the cost basis follows them; above the approval threshold a swap becomes a request for co-signers.
- A transfer between your own wallets is neither income nor an expense, only a move between them.

##### Earn and borrow

Can idle stablecoins earn without handing over the keys?

- Aave v3 positions per wallet with their rates, on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Polygon; Orla never holds a key.
- Calldata prepared unsigned, the health factor shown before and after, a quorum on the large ones; withdrawing all approves only what the position is worth.
- Liquidation risk is watched hourly; borrowing stays off without that watch.

##### Payouts on chain

Who signs the payroll, and when is a payout really out?

- Up to 200 payouts per batch, on the Scale and Enterprise plans: CSV preview, duplicate warning, autosave, and a template for the next one.
- A queue for signature with an approval threshold and the number of signatures it takes; the person who prepared a payment never signs it themselves, and the rule checks the batch total, so it cannot be dodged by slicing.
- TRON, EVM and Solana payouts with a quorum; an on-chain row becomes executed on the broadcast, not before. On Solana the fee is paid in SOL, and the preview says so.
- A contact carries its wallet per chain; changing its rails takes the trust away until it is verified again.
- Paying from a Safe: the send becomes a proposal, the row says in Safe, awaiting signatures, and nothing has left until the owners sign to the threshold and execute in Safe{Wallet}. Orla checks the Safe once an hour and books the payment with its real transaction hash.
- Orla opens inside Safe{Wallet} as a custom app added by its address, https://app.orla.finance/safe-app. Only an owner of that Safe gets in, by pairing the owner wallet and signing a short message; tick the payments your team already approved in Orla, press Propose in Safe, and they enter the Safe's queue as one transaction for the owners to sign there. Proposing needs the treasury features of a higher plan and is switched on space by space.
- A transfer the owners sign straight in Safe{Wallet}, around the space's approvals, is marked paid outside the space's rules in the audit trail, and the owners get one notification. Nothing is reversed.

##### Anti-fraud monitoring

Is anyone we pay playing games with our payouts?

- TRON and Ethereum payouts watched for the patterns fraud leaves: kickbacks, ghost employees, split payments, brand-new wallets, and links to addresses known for scams.
- Nothing to set up: your wallets and the contacts with crypto addresses are watched, and the role of each counterparty decides which patterns apply to them.
- A finding names who, how much and why it fired; mark it handled or normal, or open the evidence as a PDF case with a public link for 30 days.

##### Cost basis and tax

What did this coin cost, after three swaps, and does the year reconcile?

- Cost basis FIFO, LIFO or HIFO with the date and cost of acquisition, kept through every swap; realised crypto gains in the same report as the rest of the money.
- A trade is priced at its minute; a transfer between your own wallets is not income; a deposit on Aave is not a disposal.
- The year in four steps: what is not ready, does it reconcile, the return, the seal. A sealed year reports its own drift, and the book is checked against the chain.

##### Agent wallets

Can a machine pay for what it uses, and what is the worst case?

- An agent gets a wallet of its own, EVM and TRON: the balance on it is its whole budget, so no mistake in any rule can spend more than you put in.
- A ceiling per request and per day on the wallet, and the x402 hosts it may pay; over the per request ceiling is refused, over the daily one waits in the queue. A card issued to an agent now is a different fence: the balance loaded onto it is the whole limit.
- Every dollar it moved has a receipt: which agent, whose money, how much, to whom, and who decided. A new agent starts in watch mode, and a payment from your accounts is only ever its proposal.

##### Cards from the treasury

Can the team spend the stablecoin treasury on a card?

- Virtual cards from one prepaid balance, Visa or Mastercard chosen once when the card is issued, topped up in USDT or USDC when the balance runs low. There is no card or bank transfer into this balance.
- A top up gets a deposit address that is yours while it is open and is credited by that address, not by the amount: more or less than the figure shown, USDC where you chose USDT, or two transfers are each credited, minus the fee said up front. A transfer dated before you were given the address is never credited to you.
- A card per person with a ceiling, freeze and block; the issuer's history is checked against what you allocated, so a stray charge shows up the same day.
- An agent can hold a card too, and on a card issued now the loaded balance is its whole limit, with no merchant rules on the card. Refunds are answered in the books on their own.

##### Who can move money

Who in this book can move money, and what holds them?

- Roles: owner, admin, member, viewer, accountant. Swapping is its own permission, granted by the owner.
- Signing rules: a threshold, the number of signatures, address book only, a monthly allowance per person counted across every door, chat and agent included.
- The authority map: who can move money, and what holds each of them; a monthly oversight report frozen the day after the month ends, with the exceptions listed.
