# Everything it did: with the clause behind it

Every act the machine took by itself, newest first. If one was wrong, you say so on its row.

## How it works

- **A clause on every row.** What moved, how much, to whom and the clause of the mandate that let it through. A row that did not leave says so.
- **Who proposed it.** The AI staff role or the agent behind each act, the position it acted for, and the day someone let that kind of work go by itself.
- **This is wrong.** Say what was wrong: the amount, the date, the account, the payee, or that it was not needed. It counts against that kind of work's record.
- **Undone where it can be.** A payment that has not left is cancelled, an invoice not sent is withdrawn. One that left is said plainly, with a letter ready to ask for it back.

## Questions

**Does my accountant see what the machine did?** Yes. Every row the machine made carries By itself in Transactions, Payments and Bills too, and a filter shows only those.

**What happens after a second mistake?** Two mistakes in thirty days send that kind of work back to your button and start a new pilot. The owners get a message saying why.
