# Decide from the phone: set the rules at the desk

The queue, the decisions and the pulse go where you go. A payment is signed with your face, and rules and positions stay at the desk.

## How it works

- **One queue in your pocket.** Everything waiting for you across your spaces, urgent first, one button per row and the rest in its menu. The badge is the same number as on the web.
- **Signed with your face.** Approving a payment asks for Face ID, Touch ID or the device code, in the app or right on the notification. Nothing that moves money happens offline.
- **The pulse at a glance.** Overview holds the figures you check before deciding, one card per space, and Home carries the cabinet's sections. A widget says how many wait and how old that count is.
- **Rules stay at the desk.** Positions, signing rules, keys and the plan are set in the browser. The phone carries what they produce: a payment to sign, an agent's proposal, a bill to accept.

## Questions

**What if I lose my phone?** Sign it out from the devices list on the web. The phone ends its session the next time it reaches the server and forgets what it showed, widgets and notifications included.

**Can someone read amounts on my lock screen?** No. A payment card on the lock screen shows the space, where the payment stands and its signatures, never the amount or the payee. Tapping it opens the payment in the app, and approving asks for your face.
