# Mail, receipts and bills leave the queue filed

Mail, receipts and expenses wait in one queue, and every row lands with its category and its paper.

#### Inbox

What arrived from outside and waits for my word?

- One queue for arrivals: quarantined mail, receipts, expenses without paper.
- A receipt finds its own payment; a bill from a letter becomes a draft with the file attached.
- A sender you do not know is held until you let it in, and one press blocks them for good.
- Gmail connects right here; the space's own address is set under Connections.
- Rows without paper are waived in bulk; a recurring supplier goes to the calendar.
- In a business space the owner, an admin or the accountant asks whoever paid for the receipt. It waits for them under Asked of me, answered with the file, No receipt or Not mine, reminders go out on the third and the seventh morning, and the row closes by itself once a file arrives by any door. Asking costs nothing on any plan.

#### Transactions

Every movement on every account, and what does it add up to?

- Filter cards with the assistant's own figures: in, out, without a category, without a receipt, each one a filter.
- One row opens one panel: category, counterparty, project, the attached paper.
- Categorise in bulk, export, search rows in words.
- Ask why a number changed and the answer is arithmetic, row by row.
- Refunds link to the purchase they reverse; transfers between your accounts pair up.
- The assistant records a move between your own accounts as a card: when the book already holds the two rows, it offers to join them and writes nothing, and only otherwise writes the two legs. Every press has Put it back. It is bookkeeping, not a bank instruction: Orla moves nothing.
- Tick One-off, will not happen again on a laptop or a legal bill: the row leaves the burn behind runway and the pace behind the balance forecast and stays in every report, and the runway card says how much it left out.

#### Categories and rules

What is money filed under, and who does the filing?

- Rows without a category queue up by merchant, each with a suggestion drawn from your own history, so the same supplier is filed the same way every single time it appears.
- A rule is written in words and may apply to the past; applied to the past, it can be undone.
- Category health shows what files itself and which rules stay silent or catch too much.
- Tidy up merges look-alikes and drops unused ones; one rule clears a wallet's queue.
- The rows the app filed on its own open as one list under a Guessed by the app chip. Confirm makes the selected guesses your own choice, so a rule applied to the past no longer moves them.

#### Accounts and rails (Rails coming soon)

Where does the money sit right now?

- Banks, exchanges, wallets, platforms and cash: one list, one total.
- Balance history per account, exchange P&L, send, receive and swap, WalletConnect.
- A low balance alarm that can look ahead on the cash forecast and name the day the line is crossed, and the balance reconciled against the provider.
- Your own Revolut Business, Airwallex, Mercury or Slash account arrives with each currency or sub-account as an account of its own; its statement follows about once an hour, and a payment Orla prepared is never booked twice. These connections are switched on space by space.
- Compare a statement against an account instead of importing it: what the statement has and the book does not, what the book has and the statement does not, and how far the totals stand apart. Three charges of twelve need three rows in the book, which is how a double charge shows up. Nothing is written or stored.
- The home board watches up to four currency pairs of your choice, fiat and crypto together, at the rate Orla values your money at, not a trading quote.
- Prove a wallet is yours before trusting it; share one account into another space.
- Coming soon: named USD, EUR and GBP accounts inside Orla with local rails and SWIFT, and a ramp between fiat and USDC or USDT in either direction.

#### Move in

Can the old bookkeeping come over in one go?

- Drop every statement, export, invoice and contract of the old books at once, in a single upload that reads them all.
- Orla reads them, shows a plan by account and by month, and runs it on one Start.
- Undo the whole run or a single file.
- Rows already in the book are never booked twice; closed months stay untouched.
- The price of reading is said before the reading: if the dropped files would take more than half of what is left of the month's AI allowance, Orla asks first, with how many files, about how many tokens, and how many questions are left afterwards. Read now or Not now.
- The same move runs from the conversation with the assistant: paste a Google Drive folder link, read the plan and its price, and nothing is read until you press Approve.
