# Every decision waits here: in the order delay costs

Payments to sign, new payees, changed bank details and what the machines propose, each row with only the buttons you may press.

## How it works

- **Money first.** Payments that wait for your press come first, then what the machines propose, then bills, questions and receipts asked of you. The order is what a delay would cost.
- **Decided where it stands.** Sign, approve or decline on the row, or open its panel for the paper and the clause behind it. The row says done only once Orla confirms it.
- **Yours waiting on others.** What waits on someone else has one next person and a deadline. Orla reminds them once on the second day, and from the third you see how long it has waited.
- **One number everywhere.** Decisions and exceptions make one number on the rail, on Home, in the phone's queue and in the browser tab. Bills and mail never count, because they hold no decision.

## Questions

**Who sees a decision?** Only the people who may press it. A payment waits for the signers its rule names, and a row about an account hidden from you never reaches your queue.

**Can anything in the queue close by itself?** Nothing that moves money. An agent's proposal that moves none, such as a category, closes after ten days unpressed and can be restored for thirty.
