# Every movement: on every account, with its why

Markdown twin of that page. Append `.md` to any Orla page URL to get one.

Ask why a number changed and the answer comes back as arithmetic, row by row. Fixing a row never moves money.

## How it works

- **Cards that are filters.** In, out, without a category, without a receipt: each card counts its rows and opens them. The assistant answers from the same figures.
- **One row, one panel.** Category, counterparty, project and the paper on one panel. A fix is made on the row, and filing works in bulk too.
- **Pairs and refunds.** A transfer between your own accounts pairs into one move, and a refund links to the purchase it reverses. Neither counts twice.
- **One-off stays out.** Tick One-off on a laptop or a legal bill. It leaves the burn behind the runway and stays in every report.

## Questions

**Does fixing a row move money?** No. A row is bookkeeping, and Orla moves nothing from here. Even a transfer the assistant records only joins two rows or writes its two legs, and every press can be put back.

**Who sees every row?** Whoever your roles let see money. An account can be hidden from every member but the ones you pick; owners and admins always see it.
