A virtual card for each person or agent, from one prepaid balance. Each pays only where, how and until when you allow.

## How it works

- **One balance, many cards.** Top up once in USDC or USDT, and every card, a person's or an agent's, spends the same balance. Visa or Mastercard is chosen when the card is issued.
- **Limit what a card pays.** Pick only these merchants, kinds of shop, how it pays (online, in a shop, at a cash machine), a last day, or one purchase only.
- **Declined, and told why.** A purchase outside the limits is declined at the till, and the holder hears why at once, in the app or in Telegram. Letting a card pay more asks you to confirm it is you.
- **Receipts or the card waits.** A card can freeze itself when a receipt is seven, fourteen or thirty days late, and thaw once it arrives.

## Questions

**Does the holder need to send documents?** No. The holder opens their own link, gives a name and a phone number, and confirms. A card issued without documents does not go into Apple or Google Wallet.

**What does a top up cost?** The fee is shown before you send the coins, and the balance is credited by the address you sent to.
