# A polite call: and the date written down

Where calls are on for your space, the AI rings a late client who agreed to calls and brings back a date. Anything harder comes to a person.

## How it works

- **Only with consent.** A person ticks on the client card that the client agreed to calls at that number, and Orla records who marked it and when. Changing the number clears it.
- **Says who it is first.** It says it is an automated assistant of your company and that the call is transcribed, checks it is speaking to the client, and only then names the invoice.
- **Approved lines only.** It speaks only the script's approved lines in the client's tone: what holds the payment up and a date, repeated back before anything is written.
- **Anything else comes to you.** A dispute, already paid, I want a person, don't call me: each waits in the Inbox with the transcript. After don't call me, that number is never called again.

## Questions

**How often can it call?** On weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, at most once a day and three times a week to one number, for up to four minutes, in English. Three unanswered calls in a row pause it.

**Can a call pose as a bank?** No. It calls in your seller name with your phone, and it will not call while that name sounds like a bank or another company until Stripe has verified you as the seller.
