# What the machines decided: and what people signed, monthly

One frozen page a month: what was checked, what machines decided alone, what people signed and what was flagged.

## How it works

- **Frozen the day after.** The report is written the day after the month ends and never recomputed, because a page about October written later would be judged by later rules. It arrives as a notification on the first.
- **What was checked, first.** Machine grants against their own fences, executed payments against their quorum, members and the automations that move money. That half tells an empty flag list from a check that never ran.
- **Machine or person.** How much a machine decided on its own inside the mandate, how much a person signed, how many changes there were to who may do what, and how many exports.
- **What gets flagged.** A rule changed with money moving under it in the same month, a machine's proposal left waiting past a week, access held and never used, a payment short of its own quorum.

## Questions

**Who reads it, and on which plan?** Owners and admins, under Security, Space activity, in a space where an agent or a second member acts. It comes with the team controls, on Scale and Enterprise.

**Can a report be changed later?** No. It is frozen the day after the month ends. A month with no report stays without one, rather than being written later against later rules.
