# A chat that books: what the team tells it

Markdown twin of that page. Append `.md` to any Orla page URL to get one.

The team writes in Slack or Telegram, and a person presses once to book it. Bank details never come from a chat.

## How it works

- **Four things a team says.** A company expense, an expense claim, a supplier bill or an invoice to a client. Each comes back as a card, and the press books it once.
- **Approvals in their own chat.** A claim goes to the approvers with Approve and Reject in their own chat. The permissions of the cabinet are checked again at the press.
- **A chat per client.** The invoice arrives in the client's chat with Pay, PDF and Ask for more time. Their questions land in your channel, and a person answers them, never the AI.
- **Receipts asked where people are.** A request for a receipt arrives with Attach a receipt under it. A photo sent without it is asked about first, so it never becomes a second copy.

## Questions

**Can someone order a payment from the chat?** No. The chat books what a person says about their own money, and a payment still goes through the Inbox and the signatures your rules ask for. An order quoted from someone else is asked about, not done.

**What do we need to set up?** Add the Slack app or the Telegram bot and link the channel to the space; rooms are part of every paid plan. Only members of the space get its data in the room.
