No. An exchange connects with a read-only key, a wallet is watched by its address or created with a seed that is encrypted in your browser and shown once; sends and swaps are signed in your own wallet.
How is a swap booked?
As two legs at the amounts the chain recorded, with the network fee and Orla's fee on their own lines; the cost basis follows the coin, and a transfer between your own wallets is neither income nor expense.
Can payroll go out on chain with approvals?
Yes. A batch of up to 200 payouts on TRON, Solana or an EVM chain, on every plan, waits for the signatures the rule asks for and becomes executed on the broadcast; every address is screened before it is paid. From a Safe, Orla only proposes and the owners sign.
