The questions that come first
Can tenants pay rent by card?
Yes, via your own Stripe account; by transfer or by link as well. The invoice marks itself paid when the money lands, and the row sits under the unit.
Is the deposit account a trust account?
It is a bank account you keep for deposits, read by feed like the operating one. Orla keeps it apart in the book and never counts it as money to spend; the legal form of the account is yours to choose with your bank, not something Orla decides.
What does a landlord with three units pay?
The free plan has no card and no time limit, and it includes one business space to try. Paid plans start at $25 a month; any single limit can be raised with a pack instead of a plan change, so a landlord with three units pays for what they use.
