The questions that come first
Who signs a payment, and from what sum?
A rule you set: an approval threshold and the number of signatures it takes. The person who prepared a payment never signs it, the rule checks the batch total, and the assistant may queue a payment but never signs one.
How does a client pay an invoice?
By card through your own Stripe account, by bank transfer, or in USDT and USDC; the invoice marks itself paid when the money lands, and a quote or a signed contract becomes the invoice without retyping.
Can the team spend from one balance on cards?
Yes. Virtual cards come from one prepaid balance topped up in USDT or USDC, Visa or Mastercard chosen once when the card is issued, each card with a ceiling per person, a freeze and a block, and every charge checked against what you allocated the same day.
