Your old books
in one drop, a plan first
Bring years of history without retyping a row. Nothing is written until you accept the plan, and the move can be taken back.

Drop the statements, exports, invoices and contracts of your old books. We read them, show a plan and book it in one press.

How it works
Move in
in four lines
- One drop for everything
- Statements in CSV, XLSX, PDF or photos, an export of the old tool, invoices and contracts, or one ZIP. A card per account shows the months covered and the gaps.
- Leave QuickBooks or Xero
- Connect the old system and choose to leave it. Customers and suppliers, open invoices and bills, and money in and out come over through the same plan.
- Nothing booked twice
- Rows already in the books are skipped, a second statement for the same weeks doubles nothing, and closed months stay untouched. An export lays its categories over the bank rows instead of adding its own.
- Undo the whole or one file
- The rows it wrote, the accounts it made and the papers it filed come back out. The page names what it will take back before you press.
Questions
Move in
the short answers
What does reading the files cost?
Tables cost nothing. Scans and documents spend the plan's monthly AI allowance, and when a drop would take more than half of what is left, Orla asks first. Writing the books is part of the paid plans.
Will it mess up the books we already keep here?
No. Nothing is written until you press Start, rows already in the books are skipped, and closed months are never touched. If something looks wrong afterwards, undo that file.
