Pay bills on time
due dates kept without a reminder
A bill arrives by mail or from another Orla space. Orla reads what it owes and by when, checks it against the mandate, and pays it from the right account on its day. A new supplier or new bank details always wait for a person.

- Northline Print4 days late$1,240
- BrightpressUnverified sender$412
- By mail or by hand
- Forward a bill to your space's own address, or let Orla read a Gmail inbox once a day. Mail from an unknown sender waits until you allow it.
- Read, not typed
- The amount, the issue date and the due date come off the paper. A file with several invoices becomes several bills, and the same invoice twice is refused.
- Charged automatically
- A bill paid by card or direct debit says so, and closes on its bank charge.

- Inside the Tools budget
- A few days ahead
- Each bill is proposed a set number of days before it falls due, three by default, from the account you chose.
- Inside the mandate, by itself
- A bill that fits its position's budget pays by itself after the pilot. Past it, it waits for whoever issued the mandate.
- Many at once
- Tick several bills and pay them in one run, signed once for the total.

- Name not matched by the bankAnother person checks
- Bank details on a billNever used
- Bank details never come from a bill
- Paying a bill reads the supplier's contact card. Nothing on the paper or in the email can change where money goes.

- Proof for the supplier
- An executed payment gives a one-page confirmation PDF for the supplier who asks where the money is.
On autopilot
What goes by itself
and what still waits for you
Goes by itself
- A bill or a payout inside its budget in the mandate
- From Revolut Business, Airwallex, PayPal or the account inside Orla
- An agent's card or API spend inside its cap
Waits for you
- A new payee, and bank details that changed
- Anything past a budget or a limit
- Every payment from Mercury, Slash, a Safe or a wallet you sign
The brakes above both
- $2,000 a payment and $10,000 a day until you change them
- Loosening a limit waits 24 to 72 hours
- One pause stops every payment at once
Questions
About paying bills
the short answers
Does Orla take bank details from a bill?
No. Paying a bill reads the supplier's contact card. A bill or an email can never change where money goes.
What about a bill charged to a card?
It reads "charged automatically" and is not counted late. It closes on its bank charge, and if none arrives a week past the due date it turns late and says so.
Can several bills be paid at once?
Yes. Tick them and pay them in one run from one account, signed once for the total.
What if a supplier raises its price?
Ask which subscriptions got more expensive. The answer names the last charge against the usual one, and one press writes the new price into the plan.
