Pay contractors
a batch inside the mandate
Your contractors type their own payment details. A month of payouts goes as one batch, signed once for the total, from a bank, PayPal, a wallet or the account inside Orla. Inside the mandate it pays by itself.
Payees
Their details, typed by them
checked before the first payout

- IBAN ES•• 4410
- From her own link
- Name check
- Matched
- Sanctions
- Clear
- A link instead of an email thread
- Ask for payment details and the payee types them on a page of their own. The link works once, for seven days, and shows nothing you already hold.
- New details wait
- The first payout to details nobody was paid on before waits until another person confirms them, whatever the budget says.
One run
A month of payouts in one run
signed once for the total

- Rows
- 14
- Pay in
- USDC
- Signatures
- 2 of 2 for the total
- Up to 200 rows
- Typed or imported from a CSV. The import shows who it matched before anything is created, and broken lines are listed, never dropped.
- Repeats flagged
- The same amount to the same person within three days is flagged before it goes.
- Prepared every month
- A template prepares the draft on its day and tells you it is ready.
Rails
Each contractor paid where they are
a bank, PayPal or stablecoins

- Tom LeePayPalPayPal Payouts
- Kofi AsanteUSDC on BaseYour wallet
- From the account inside Orla
- USDC in your own wallet pays a contractor's bank account, and the bank checks the name first.
- As far as the money reaches
- A run that is only partly funded pays down the list. The rest stay approved and go out after a top-up, with no second round of signatures.
On autopilot
What goes by itself
and what still waits for you
Goes by itself
- A bill or a payout inside its budget in the mandate
- From Revolut Business, Airwallex, PayPal or the account inside Orla
- An agent's card or API spend inside its cap
Waits for you
- A new payee, and bank details that changed
- Anything past a budget or a limit
- Every payment from Mercury, Slash, a Safe or a wallet you sign
The brakes above both
- $2,000 a payment and $10,000 a day until you change them
- Loosening a limit waits 24 to 72 hours
- One pause stops every payment at once

Can a contractor see the payment went out?
An executed payment gives a one-page confirmation PDF to send them.
Can Orla spot a ghost contractor?
On crypto payouts, nine plain checks look for patterns such as a contractor's money coming back to an employee. Each finding says why.
