Every book you keep
side by side, never added up

Your personal, family, company and trip books on one page, each in its own currency. There is no grand total, on purpose.

All spaces

One row per book, each in its own currency. There is no grand total on purpose: a family book and a company are not one person's money.

Four books in three currencies, with the company's four decisions and the family's stopped schedule on their cards. The personal card stays quiet, because nothing there needs you.

How it works

All spaces
in four lines

One card per book
Each card speaks its book's own currency: the net worth, which is the accounts plus what the book is owed minus what it owes, and this month's money in and out. A trip's group says what you are owed or owe instead.
No grand total, on purpose
A family book and a company are not one person's money, and an account shared into two spaces would count twice. Ask the assistant which book needs you, and it answers book by book.
What waits opens its book
A card names only what will not move without you: decisions you may press, a stopped schedule, a transfer that lost its other half. A press switches you into that book and opens the place that fixes it.
A book for each part of life
Your personal space is made at sign-up and stays yours alone. Create a space adds a family, a business or a group, and the roles follow the kind: Head of the family to Child, Owner to Accountant at work.

Questions

All spaces
the short answers

Who else sees this page?

Each person sees only the books they keep. A card shows no more than your role in that space allows, so an account hidden from you there is missing from its figures too.

Can money or papers cross from one book to another?

Yes. An account or a document can be shared into another space, and a transaction or a mail message with its bills can move there. Money you send between two books you own can be marked as a loan between your spaces.
