Will Orla ever pay from Mercury by itself?
Not with this token: it has no Send Money permission. Every payment waits for an admin in Mercury.
Which currencies?
US dollars only, as Mercury holds them. A payment in any other currency is not requested.
What does it cost?
Nothing from Orla: a payment an admin approves in Mercury is a person's payment. Mercury's own fees apply as they do today.
What if Mercury is down?
The payment waits and says so, and goes out once Mercury is back, exactly once and under the same reference.
