Everything it did
with the clause behind it

Every act the machine took by itself, newest first. If one was wrong, you say so on its row.

Autopilot is on. By itself: bills, contractor payouts. The rest waits for a press.

A week of the machine's work with one payment open. Its panel says who proposed it, whose budget paid and which clause let it go.

How it works

Done by the machine
in four lines

A clause on every row
What moved, how much, to whom and the clause of the mandate that let it through. A row that did not leave says so.
Who proposed it
The AI staff role or the agent behind each act, the position it acted for, and the day someone let that kind of work go by itself.
This is wrong
Say what was wrong: the amount, the date, the account, the payee, or that it was not needed. It counts against that kind of work's record.
Undone where it can be
A payment that has not left is cancelled, an invoice not sent is withdrawn. One that left is said plainly, with a letter ready to ask for it back.

Questions

Done by the machine
the short answers

Does my accountant see what the machine did?

Yes. Every row the machine made carries By itself in Transactions, Payments and Bills too, and a filter shows only those.

What happens after a second mistake?

Two mistakes in thirty days send that kind of work back to your button and start a new pilot. The owners get a message saying why.
