Every letter read
and what came of it

Orla reads the mail that carries money and files what it finds. A stranger stays outside until a person lets them in.

Five letters of the morning: a bill, a stranger with a PDF, a contract, a client's promise and a reminder set aside. Each row says what came of it.

How it works

Mail
in four lines

Only mail about money
Connect Gmail read-only, revocable from your Google account, or forward to the space's own address. Orla pulls only mail that looks like money and never sends from your mailbox.
Strangers wait outside
A sender nobody vouched for waits in quarantine, only its file names shown. Nothing is downloaded until a person presses Allow this one, Allow and trust or Block.
Each letter, its outcome
A bill to pay, a receipt matched, a contract drafted, a promised day put in the plan, or set aside with the reason: a newsletter, a reminder for a bill already filed, a blocked sender.
Filed where it belongs
Mail whose paper names another of your spaces moves there with its bills, when the name fits exactly one space you run.

Questions

Mail
the short answers

Does Orla read all our mail?

No. A connected Gmail gives read-only access to mail that looks like money, and nothing else is pulled. Revoke it from your Google account at any time.

Can a letter change where we pay?

No. Payment details never come from a letter, only from the payee's card, and new details wait for a person to confirm them.
