How it works
A call to a late client
in four lines
- Only with consent
- A person ticks on the client card that the client agreed to calls at that number, and Orla records who marked it and when. Changing the number clears it.
- Says who it is first
- It says it is an automated assistant of your company and that the call is transcribed, checks it is speaking to the client, and only then names the invoice.
- Approved lines only
- It speaks only the script's approved lines in the client's tone: what holds the payment up and a date, repeated back before anything is written.
- Anything else comes to you
- A dispute, already paid, I want a person, don't call me: each waits in the Inbox with the transcript. After don't call me, that number is never called again.

How often can it call?
On weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00, at most once a day and three times a week to one number, for up to four minutes, in English. Three unanswered calls in a row pause it.
Can a call pose as a bank?
No. It calls in your seller name with your phone, and it will not call while that name sounds like a bank or another company until Stripe has verified you as the seller.
