Every paper filed
by a scheme you write in words

Drop a file and Orla reads what it is. A payee missing a required paper is not paid by the autopilot.

The scheme in your words on top, and every file on the shelf it names. A payee's papers stand under its name, marked as its checklist asks.

How it works

Documents
in four lines

Read for type and date
A scan named doc_0043.pdf still lands under invoices, because the page itself is read. The date is the document's own, not the day it was uploaded.
Filed by your words
Say once how the paper should be arranged, and it becomes rules you can read. A whole run is a plan first and is undone in one press.
A paper becomes the thing
A document turns into a bill to pay, the receipt on a payment, or a statement read into its account. Nothing is saved until you press.
A checklist on every payee
Each payee has a list of papers it owes, by its kind and country. A required paper missing keeps the autopilot from paying it, and one about to expire is asked for again.

Questions

Documents
the short answers

Does Orla move anything in my Google Drive?

No. A Drive folder is a door Orla only reads. You see the plan and its price first, and nothing in your Drive is moved, renamed or deleted.

Can a file stay unreadable even to Orla?

Yes. A file sealed in your browser is never read, not even by the server. It is filed as other, and its panel says so.
