The open file keeps the list in sight. Its access names every person who can open it.
How it works
Open and share
in four lines
- Opens beside the list
- A tile or a row opens the file in a panel, with its type, folder and counterparty edited in place. The address carries the file, so the link can be copied.
- By name, email or link
- Share with a member by name or invite someone by email. A link opens for members of this space only and puts the file on their Shared with me shelf.
- One link, kept
- Asking for the link again never makes a new one, so a link already sent keeps working. Revoking it takes back every access it gave.
- Everyone sees their own
- Each person sees their own uploads and the files shared with them, whatever their role. A viewer can open and download what was shared.

Can someone outside the company open a link I forward?
No. The link opens for members of this space only. Anyone else is told to ask for the file by email and gets nothing.
Does attaching a file to a payment show it to the team?
Yes. A private file becomes visible to the whole space once it is attached to a payment, and the panel says so before you press.
