Your other systems
read beside the books

Keep running the tools you have. Orla reads them once a day, and the books stay the books.

Team and space

Your payroll, CRM or ERP beside the books. An agent works the system out, you approve what it reads, and it syncs every day.

One system's page after its map was approved: what is read, how it links to contacts, the read that asks first and the records the system dropped.

How it works

Connected systems
in four lines

An agent on the system's page
After you connect, an agent reads the system with small requests, asks which records matter with buttons, and proposes a map with a few real rows.
Nothing syncs before you approve
Approve and sync starts the daily read, and Set aside asks for another map. If the system changes its format, the sync stops and a corrected map waits for you.
It never sees the key
The key or the integration user's password stays encrypted in Orla. The agent never asks for one, never writes to the system and never moves money.
Beside the books, not in them
Customers, deals, orders and people sit beside the books and on the contact they belong to. A figure from a system is what that system says, never a transaction.

Questions

Connected systems
the short answers

Our ERP sits behind a firewall. Can it connect?

Yes. A small open program, orla-connect, runs on a computer next to the system and relays only to the one address you approve. Nothing in your network is opened to the internet.

Does Orla keep sensitive fields?

No. Secrets, dates of birth, national ids and bank details are never stored, even when the system holds them.
