Who does what

Four people,
three crews, a dozen jobs a week

  • OwnerSigns Friday's crew batch, reads the margin and the budget of each job, and approves the big supply bills.
  • Office managerSends the job invoices and the maintenance plans, prepares the crew batch, pays the supply house, closes the month.
  • TechnicianCarries a parts card with a ceiling, books each charge under its job from the phone, and sends the receipt photo.
  • AccountantGets the month with every row under its job, and reads the closed period without changing it.

Control and trust

A van card,
never the bank login

A card, not the bank
A technician carries a card with a ceiling and sees its own charges, never the accounts, the batches or the reports.
Prepared by one, signed by another
Friday's crew batch is over the threshold, so it waits for a signature, and never from the person who prepared it.
New details wait
A crew paid before, on a bank account never used, is held until a second person confirms it by phone.
You sign the mandate
You sign what a van card may spend and the line above which a payout waits for a signature. Below it the office pays the week; a crew paid on details they typed themselves, or a changed bank account, comes back to a person.

Getting started

Your first hour,
in three steps

Start free with an email: no card, no time limit, nothing to install.

  1. A space for the companySign up, and the company gets a space of its own, apart from anything personal. The free plan includes one business space.
  2. One account, and the first rowsConnect one bank, exchange or platform, or drop in a statement in any language. The first rows land in minutes, each with its category.
  3. One real billDrop in a supplier bill's PDF, and watch it become a bill to pay with its supplier, amount and due date.

All it takes: an email and one bill.

Questions

The questions that come first

Can a client pay on the spot when the job is done?

Yes. The invoice carries a pay link: the client pays by card through your own Stripe or by transfer, and the invoice marks itself paid when the money lands. Reminders follow by email, SMS or WhatsApp from your own number.

How are crews on subcontract paid?

In one batch from your own bank account under the rule you set: above the threshold the batch waits for a signature from someone other than the person who prepared it. A crew is a contact with a bank account and a tax id on its card, not a seat and never a login.

Does a technician see the bank?

No. A technician sees their own card, its ceiling and its charges, and can book a charge under its job from the phone. The accounts, the batches and the reports stay with the people who sign.

How is the parts card funded?

From one prepaid balance the space tops up in USDT or USDC; each card gets an amount from it, and a card or a bank transfer cannot top it up. A card can be frozen or blocked at any time.
