How it works
Client chats
in four lines
- Their invoices, in their chat
- Link a Telegram chat or a shared Slack channel from the client's card with a one-time code. It receives only that client's invoices, payment confirmations and reminders, and the client needs no Orla account.
- Buttons instead of commands
- Under each invoice: Pay, PDF and Open invoices, plus I paid this and Ask for more time. Each one raises a hand in your team's chat with the button that acts, and nothing moves until someone presses it.
- Questions reach a person
- A question typed to the bot goes to your team under the client's name. The AI never reads it and never answers a client.
- A pay link in any chat
- Type @orla_finance_bot and an amount in any Telegram chat, and pick the account the money lands in. The message carries a regular pay link, listed on Pay links.

Can the client see anything else of ours?
No. A client chat receives only that client's invoices, payment confirmations and reminders. A file they send is filed under their contact and never read as your expense.
What does it cost, and what do we install?
Client chats come with every paid plan, from Solo, and the pay link in any chat works on every plan. Add the bot to your Telegram chat or invite the Orla app into the shared Slack channel; the client installs nothing.
