The list says who needs you. The open card is the history with that payee: totals both ways, the last payment, and each open document with what is left.
How it works
Contacts
in four lines
- The history on one card
- Paid out, received and net over all time, with the number of payments and since when. The last payment either way sits beside them, with its date.
- Who owes whom, by document
- What they owe you and what you owe them, at the balance still open. Each invoice, bill or loan is named with its number, what is left, the due date and days overdue.
- Net by month
- Money in and out as bars for 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, or the whole history. Ask the assistant how much Acme owes you, and it answers from these figures.
- Checks and trust
- Sanctions and registry checks run from the card, as part of AML screening. New bank details take the trust away until a person confirms them.
Questions
Contacts
the short answers
Do I link payments to a contact by hand?
No. A payment links itself when its payee matches the contact's name or, on a crypto account, one of its saved addresses. Past rows link in one press.
What happens when bank details change?
Payments to that contact wait until someone confirms the new details, on a number you already have.
