from your own number

Five clients, each on one channel, one of them stopped. The open card says who confirmed consent, the last notice and what the client wrote back.
How it works
Messages to clients
in four lines
- Your number, not ours
- Connect your own WhatsApp Business number, Twilio account for SMS or Sendblue line for iMessage. Orla never sends from a shared number, and every message starts with your name.
- Three notices, one channel
- The invoice issued, a payment reminder and the payment landed. Each client is reached on one channel, so nobody hears twice, and the invoice PDF still goes by email.
- Consent and STOP
- You mark on the contact that the client agreed, and Orla records who and when. A client who replies STOP closes the channel at once and goes back to email.
- Replies on the card
- What the client writes lands on their card and in the team's chat, with presses for the open invoice. Write to the client sends up to 1,000 characters from your number.
Questions
Messages to clients
the short answers
What does it cost?
It comes with every paid plan and is not on Free. The messages themselves are billed to your own WhatsApp, Twilio or Sendblue account.
Do we need a Facebook account for WhatsApp?
Yes. Meta hangs a WhatsApp Business account on a personal Facebook account, and there is no way around it. Without one, SMS needs only a Twilio account.
