What broke
and the one press that fixes it

When the machine cannot finish a job by itself, it stops and tells you what broke, with the fix beside it.

Ask

What stopped and needs a hand: a connection gone quiet, a schedule, a linked transfer, a rule, an alert with an answer.

Two open exceptions, the rule that lost its account and a connection gone quiet, and two fixed this week. The open ones say what failed and the press that fixes it.

How it works

Exceptions
in four lines

Broken, not waiting
A connection that went quiet, a rule that failed or lost its account, a schedule that stopped, a payout the bank sent back, a statement that disagrees with the book.
One fix on the row
Reconnect, choose an account, ask for new details, compare the statement. The press that fixes it sits on the row or in its panel.
Counted with decisions
Exceptions and decisions make your one number. With nothing broken, the lane says Nothing is broken.
The supervisor's stop
When the supervisor pauses the autopilot after an anomaly, the pause lands here with its reason. Lifting it takes a day's wait or a second owner.

Questions

Exceptions
the short answers

Who sees an exception?

Only the people who may press its fix. A row about an account hidden from you never reaches your queue.

Does work stop while one is open?

Only what depends on it. A quiet connection brings no new rows from its account, and an agent whose spending disagrees with its statement acts by itself again only once a person decides.
